LINE COOKS, PASTRY CHEF, BAKERS, KITCHEN STEWARDS

Job Description:
-In charge of preparing everything needed for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service, including prep work (cutting, peeling, cooking, etc.); Pastry Chef and Bakers are in charge delivering any bread-based components to meals
-Aid in the research of new cuisine
-Set the menu for the week
-Attend daily food tastings and meetings as new dishes/breads are being demonstrated by the Executive Chef/Head Baker
-Ordering the needed ingredients and kitchen supplies
-Assist in sourcing new suppliers; maintain a healthy working relationship with existing F&B suppliers
-Deliver tasks as directed by the Executive Chef

Qualifications:
-No prior experience required, but exposure to the kitchen culture is a plus
-English communication and personal skills are required, as this post requires close coordination with the expatriate chefs and owners
-Practices confidentiality of information
-Mentally and physically focused; of sound physical and mental health
-Clean, organized, and practices food safety standards
-Has good time management
-Determined and hardworking; willing to work long shifts as needed
-Can take directives easily; willing to be trained
-Team player; Achievement-oriented

FLOOR MANAGER, SERVERS, CASHIERS, RECEPTIONIST (Front-of-House)

Job Description:
-Quick to learn in delivering and maintaining a HIGH service standard towards hotel and restaurant guests
-Speak with colleagues and guests using clear and professional language
-Quick to learn menu items and ingredients as new F&B items are introduced regularly
-Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests and set tables according to type of event
-Answer appropriately and promptly questions on menu selections
-Effectively communicate with the kitchen food-related queries, the length of wait, recook orders, and product availability
-Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen
-Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages -Pick-up trays and clean tables as needed to ensure a clean dining area
-Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, etc., throughout the day; Clear, collect and return food and beverage items to proper area
-Complete closing duties, including restocking items, turning off lights, etc.
-Present physical and accurate cheque to guest and process payment
-Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
-Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by immediate Supervisors

Qualifications:
-Highly trainable front-of-house staff with no prior experience required, but excellent English communication, personal skills, and professional physical appearance are essential. Floor manager is required to have at least 2-3 years working experience of equal capacity
-Practices adherence to quality expectations and standards
-Practices confidentiality of information
-Mentally and physically focused; of sound physical and mental health as the post requires to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift
-Clean, organized, and delivers food safety standards

FRONT DESK OFFICERS (HOTEL)

Job Description:
-As the first impression of the company and brand to guests, the Front Office staff will welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation
-Carry out the day-to-day duties of front desk reception in order to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the guest bookings, answering telephone calls in a timely and efficient manner, transferring calls as necessary, dealing with general enquiries, and/or referring clients to the appropriate company department
-Attend to guest requests for restaurant table bookings, activities, etc., and coordinate with the restaurant for special food requests
-Coordinate the delivery and pick up of business-related documents (checks, etc) on behalf of the hotel
-Maintain accurate records on guest transactions and reconciling them with monthly statement of accounts, as provided and/or requested by the Accounting Department
-Ensure that complaints and concerns that you may receive are attended to speedily and satisfactorily; Inform the Operations Director on any significant issue(s)
-Maintain accurate records on guests. Paperwork, documentation, contact details, reports or lists should be properly filed
-Recommend signage and advertising requirements to the Marketing Department
-Carry out any duties that may arise, or as directed, that are in support of Bondi&Bourke Davao and it’s divisions

Qualifications:
-Fresh college graduates are welcome. Highly trainable with no prior experience required
