Training Coordinator needed!

HIRING FOR TRAINING COORDINATOR!


Over-all Responsibility:

-Prepare, facilitate, monitor, evaluate and document training activities of CUTE Foundation.


Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

-Assess training needs of officers, staff and members of affiliate cooperatives

-Identify internal and external training programs to address competency gaps

-Partner with human resource managers of cooperatives to address training needs

-Organize, develop or source training programs to meet specific training needs

-Liaise with subject matter experts regarding instructional design

-Develop training aids such as manuals, presentations, and hand-outs

-Maintain training records and accomplish reportorial needs as required by the CDA, SEC and other accrediting institutions

-Handle logistics for training activities including training materials, venues and equipment

-Establish and maintain relationships with external training suppliers

-Coordinate off-site training activities of the foundation

-Manage training budget

-Keep current the training designs and methodology


Qualifications:
-Bachelors degree in a related field (preferably education or communication arts)
-Experience with instruction or training
-Basic knowledge of adult instructional and learning theory and principles
-Basic knowledge of instructional design and training methodologies
-Basic knowledge of competency assessment

Compensation:


Basic Pay:  13,000

Allowances: 5,000.00

Totals: 18,000.00


Hiring Rate


Basic Pay: 11,700.00

Allowances: 2,000.00

Total: 13,700.00
