SALES & OPERATIONS MANAGER (DAVAO-BASED)


Job Summary:

-Accountable for the efficient operations and attainment of sales quota of all brands in the Mindanao region; whilst ensuring the attainment of sales target of own -supervised concession accounts through effective management of manpower, operations inventory and merchandise.

-Responsible for leading the team and safeguarding company assets and resources.

-Formulates, proposes & implements plans for concession business expansion in Mindanao.


Duties & Responsibilities:
-Sales Attainment per brand
    *Oversees office day meetings and conducts or sits in if necessary.
    *Checks Concession Coordinators’ & store supervisors’ weekly reports and discusses sales performance and store concerns.   
    *Monitors the weekly sales per store per brand and addresses concerns affecting sales.
    *Oversees promo training of all brands.
    *Checks selling areas and conducts store visits.
-Area Development
    *Constantly works on having the most strategic areas in the store for all brands.
    *Sees to it that modules and images are well maintained and updated.
-Warehouse & Inventory Management
    *Maintains healthy inventory levels at the store and warehouse
    *Implements measures to minimize if not eliminate inventory losses
    *Maintains the ideal merchandise mix at each store.
    *Approves replenishment and pull-out of stocks for Mindanao-based stores and Davao warehouse.
    *Monitors the daily activities of the warehouse such as picking, packing delivery and storage of stocks.
-Supervises the performance of all Mindanao personnel
    *Evaluates the performance of each staff according to their expected performance objectives.
    *Ensures adherence to company policies and implements discipline.
    *Conducts basic orientation and in-depth training for Cebu personnel.
-Coordinates with Manila head office on various concerns as necessary.
-Manages company assets and property such as:
    *Petty cash and all necessary expenses by the office.
    *All office and warehouse equipment such as van, computers, tables etc.
    *Inventory being maintained in the warehouse
-Performs other tasks and related functions that may be assigned by management.

Qualifications:
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
-Male/Female, 30 years old and above
-At least 5 - 10 year(s) of supervisory working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Sales - Retail/General, all facets of office operations, human resources management
-With proven sales ability and customer service skills
-Analytical, has good problem solving skills, good conflict/feedback management
-Good communication skills as well as negotiating skills
-Positive and passionate attitude towards work
-Mature and trustworthy
-With basic orientation on the concession operations
-With product knowledge
-Succesful applicant will be assigned in our Davao satellite office
