Zilverband develops highly advanced Software and Web Applications for customers worldwide. This includes Customer Relationship Management applications, Data Integration, and Resource Management solutions. Our integration services cover a broad range of Cloud Based Solutions, from BAAS, SAAS, IPaaS etc., to Business Intelligent Visualization services. Zilverband believes that Cloud Based Services, which is a fairly new and highly advance market, is staged for explosive growth and we are posed to grow with it. We also offer advanced level Virtual Assistants for a broad spectrum of global customers who are looking for technically advance and highly skills individuals. We have partner offices in Sweden, Ireland and Philippines.


Zilverband Inc. has an opening for an Office/Administrative Assistant to manage day to day office and administrative responsibilities.


Responsibilities:
-Will be tasked with a broad range of office and administrative work. Will need to organize, document, and implement office systems and procedures. Must be able to accept new challenges as the company grows and responsibilities change. Will work with and assist Operations Managers, Consultants, CPA and Client Mangers and developers to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications:
-Graduate of 4-year Bachelor’s Degree in Management or equivalent
-With at least 2 years experience in a related field
-Male or Female: preferably between 23 to 30 years old
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Google Docs, and able to learn new computer systems as needed
-Can work with minimal supervision, hardworking, and willing to take the initiative
-Excellent English skills, spoken and written
-Office hours 9:00am - 6:00pm M-F

Salary:

Competitive: depending on experience and skill
