BPO TRAINER


Job Responsibilities:

The job of a BPO trainer is to help and guide the telemarketing employees of a company. The trainer guides the employees about the importance of customer service in telemarketing and helps them to make most of them for the company.


The trainer helps the employees to improve their capabilities and skills in performing various tasks. These tasks involves conducting surveys, taking polls, processing warranty claims, offering free information and providing other services through phone to the customer.


A BPO trainer is responsible for the delivery of training and facilitation of the call center employees. He/she will assist the agents who have problems and questions regarding the use of desktop systems.


Qualifications:
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, IT, Computer Science, Economics, Marketing, Commerce, Mass
Communications, Advertising/Media, Psychology or equivalent
-At least 1 year of working experience in a Supervisor/Team Lead post is required for this position
-Excellent oral and written communication skills with exceptional negotiation skills
-Public presentation and speaking skills
-Ability to develop curriculum
-Ability to design training, including the methods of assessing effectiveness
-Strong English communication and writing skills
-Familiar with communication techniques and media production
-Understanding of the aspects like group dynamics and personal psychology
-Management principles, human resources procedures, customer service and computer skills
-Listening and time management skills
-Manage small as well as large groups
-Good decision ability and analytical skills
-Detail oriented, creative and ambitious
-Single or Married
-Proficient in computer usage
-Can handle pressure
-Male/Female 23 years old and above
-Must be self-motivated and have strong work ethics
-With leadership experience in BPO setting is must
-Willing to work in Davao City

COACH / ASSISTANT TEAM LEADER


Job Description:

-Manage day to day team performance; address operational and/or administrative concerns real time as they arise; assist agents with technical or procedural concerns

-Coach agents on behaviour that affect overall performance; identify performance gaps, formulate, implement and monitor action plans to ensure success

-Monitor DTR, document infractions and implement corrective actions as necessary.

-Monitor Agent activity through CMS (Call Management System) and ensure handle time and after call work are within acceptable limits;

-Create and implement rewards program aimed to motivate and recognize achievement


Qualifications:
-Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field
-At least 1 year of working experience in BPO as a Team lead or Supervisor
-Previous outbound telesales/telemarketing required (1-4 Year experience)
-Excellent English communication skills including outbound calling, negotiation and closing skills
-Professional demeanor, appearance, and dress
-Must be flexible and dependable regarding work schedule
-Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing work environment
-Must be at least 23 years old or older
-Applicants must be willing to work in Davao City
-Willing to start immediately

OUTBOUND SALES REPRESENTATIVE


Job Description:

-Outbound calling to prospective customers and call campaigns in support of sales events and other marketing activities

-Contact prospects and explain the programs and benefits of products and services offered, utilizing persuasive sales techniques

-Deliver the highest level of service to customers by appropriately conveying knowledge and enthusiasm about the Company’s products and services

-Support company-wide marketing and sales initiatives by providing customer feedback to management

-Build positive first impressions with clientele, while also contributing to a long-term, quality relationship with the Company

-Active participant in creating an environment that stimulates an enthusiastic, innovative, and highly motivated telesales environment, focused on continuous improvement of sales processes for outbound sales and appointment entry


Qualifications:

-Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field.
-Previous outbound telesales/telemarketing required ( 3mons-6mons)
-Excellent English communication skills including outbound calling, negotiation and closing skills
-Professional demeanor, appearance, and dress
-Must be flexible and dependable regarding work schedule
-Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing work environment
-Must be at least 18 years old or older
-Applicants must be willing to work in Davao City
-Willing to start immediately
