Customer Service Supervisor Job Purpose:

-Customer Service Supervisor ensures that the needs of customers are being satisfied and to provide excellent customer service. Trains, coaches, and mentors employees on how to deliver the best customer service possible.


Responsibilities:

-Take calls that Customer Service Representative can’t handle and recommends corrective services to address customer complaints.

-Ensure staff compliance with customer identity verification procedures according to guidelines.

-Communicating courteously with customers by telephone and email.

-Training staff to deliver a high standard of customer service and supervising the team.

-Communication and follow up to ensure representatives are fully informed of all new information related to products, procedures, customer needs and company related issues, changes or actions.

-Monitoring random calls to improve quality, minimize errors and track operative performance.

-Motivate and encourage CSR through positive communication and feedback.

-Maintain confidentiality of the valuable information.

-Updates job knowledge by participating trainings about Home Health Centre, its features and how it supports the home health agency.

-Escalate issues to management as needed.


Qualifications:
-Must be a college graduate, preferably with IT, Medical or Allied Medical -related courses or equivalent studies
-Experience in a call center environment is a plus
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Proficient computer and internet application skills for non IT related applicants
-Must be pro-active and able to work with minimum supervision
-Willingness and ability to take on new challenges and grow new skills
-Ability to integrate with a team and work well with others as well as independently
-Applicants must be willing to work in shifting schedule
