Based in the Philippines and operating both domestically and internationally, CFSI seeks qualified and experienced applicants with diverse background for the following posts, which are based in CFSI Headquarters in Pasay City.


ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER


-Working in close consultation with the Senior Management Team, the Administrative Officer manages, as well as systematizes, all personnel-related functions such as: organizing the recruitment of required personnel; preparing service contracts/agreements;organizing and carrying out orientations for new personnel; providing staff support services, including benefits administration;making domestic and international travel arrangements;organizing efforts to promote staff wellfare; facilitating regular personnel evaluations;maintaining personnel records;and regularly updating the emergency response roster.

-The Administrative Officer is expected to continuously update and further develop the CFSI Management Information System, including a database on providers of goods and services, various mailing lists, bulletin boards/calendars, the CFSI Archives, and CFSI libraries. Supervised by the Deputy Executive Director, the Administrative Officer provides administrative support for select Members of the Senior Management Team, serves as Rapporteur forspecified meetings, and receives clients, guests, and visitors at CFSI Headquarters.


Qualifications:
-Minimum of five years experience in a similar capacity
-At least a bachelor's degree and preferably a master's in the Human services, Business Administration, Public Administration or a related field
-Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines
-Work independently  and collaborate in a multi-cultural, International setting
-Highly organized, engaging, creative, efficient, reliable, honest, discreet, supportive, and flexible in a high stress, multi-task environment
-Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written
-Proficient with computers, software, and web-based applications

PROGRAMME ASSISTANT


-The Programme Assistant provides technical and administrative support to the Philippine Programme.

Responsibilities include:

-Assisting in the monitoring of projects carried out in the Philippines through the preparation of reports, team discussions and field visits;

-Maintaining a project monitoring database system;

-Assisting in the development of project proposals, together with the project teams;

-Actively participating in planning, implementation, advocacy, monitoring and evaluation activities;

-Scanning the external environment for significant programme/project-related developments and new service opportunities in the Philippines;

-Carrying out other related assignments

 

The Programme Assistant reports to the Director for Philippine Programme.


Qualifications:
-Minimum of five years progressively responsible programme management and field experience
-At least a Bachelor's degree and preferably a master's or equivalent in Social science, Political science, Public Administration or related disciplines
-Willingness to travel to difficult or insecure environments
-Strong social research and analytical skills, especially monitoring and evaluation (M&E)
-Proactive and rigorous in problem solving and fulfilling professional responsibilities
-Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as cooperatively in a cross-cultural, international setting
-Highly Organized, Efficient, Reliable, Discreet, Supportive, and Flexible in a high stress, multi-task environment
-Excellent Interpersonal skills
-Excellent English language and Writing skills
-Proficient with computers, software, and web-based applications
