EXPERIENCED VIRTUAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT


Job Description:
-We are an online company and we are looking for a mature and responsible person to assist us with the sales and account management department. It is necessary that the person has strong attention to detail, works well with little to no supervision, follows company guidelines, is eager to go above expectations, confident in taking initiative and has the ability to collaborate in an international team. Full time dedication is needed.


Qualifications:
-Skills in account management
-Fluent in English both in written and oral, able to make phone calls
-Strong analytical skills, creative and driven to learn new things
-Strict adherence to deadlines
-Experience in call center/BPO industry is a plus

Activities include:
-Corporate customer service by phone and email.
-Account management to follow-up in setting appointments, getting customer feedback and contract handling.
-Customer relationship management to ensure customers are using the product and assist in any point needed (familiarity with our product and platform is a must, with some training provided).

CALL CENTER AGENT


Job Description:

-Outbound telemarketing or Inbound call handling.
-To market or promote products and services efficiently.
-Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
-Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
-Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
-Informs clients by explaining processes; responding inquiries; providing information.


Qualifications:
-Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
-Experience in call center/BPO industry is a plus
-Amenable to work in shifting schedule
-Ability to convince, persuade, and influence people is a plus
-With excellent English oral and written communication skills
-Experience in sales and marketing is a plus

People think it’s a simple thing, that it’s no big deal to hire an assistant–but that’s a problem,You have to put time and effort into it if you want to get the right person. The idea should be to get a very good match, a person who will stay and grow with you.Thanks for sharing!
