Online Secretary with Excellent English Skills needed!

WANTED ONLINE SECRETARY WITH EXCELLENT ENGLISH SKILLS

JOB SCOPE:

- Email Management – sending and responding to emails

- Dealing with correspondence and helping draft letters

- Organising your boss's diary and making appointments

- Handle Transcriptions of and sending of emails from dictations

- Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate

- Producing letters, reports and presentations (PowerPoint) by transcribing and formatting.

- Very capable using MS Office (Outlook, ppt, word, excel etc)

- Able to create new and populate existing spreadsheets

Qualifications:
 - Intelligent
- Initiative
- Organised
- Excellent English speaking skills
 - Excellent English writing skills
 - Previous job as secretary, administrative assistant, or VA
- Able to work with minimal supervision and direction
 - Able to work full time at our Davao office

This is a full time salary position.

10 days paid holiday per year from start of employment plus public holidays.

On probation p 7, 450 per month

After probation p 14, 900 per month
